NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Hospital authorities have confirmed the name of the man who died after an explosion at an ammunition plant in Tennessee.

Vanderbilt University Medical Center spokesman Craig Boerner said Rodney Edwards arrived at the hospital shortly after 5 p.m. Wednesday and died that evening.

Another victim, Joey Clark, is in critical condition at Vanderbilt. A woman whom authorities have not yet publicly identified is in stable condition, and another man has been discharged.

The explosion at the Rio Ammunition plant in McEwen about 55 miles west of Nashville happened Wednesday afternoon. The U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is investigating.
