WSJ: Transocean Expected To Pay $1.4 Billion Over Gulf Oil Spill

Transocean is expected to pay $1.4 billion to settle charges and suits related to the 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil spill, the Wall Street Journal reported Thursday. Transocean owned the oil rig involved in the accident that killed 11 people.
