The five young men accused of plotting to blow up a bridge outside of Cleveland in commemoration of the Occupy “May Day” protests last week were arraigned Monday. All five entered not guilty pleas.

Joshua Stafford, on the defendants, reportedly had to be removed from the courtroom after repeatedly asking “Why did a Federal agent approach me?” according to Scene magazine

Scenereports that the courtroom itself was at capacity, and that “the majority [of the spectators] were young, most hovering around 25 and looking the part.”
