Windsor On Hearing SCOTUS Ruling: ‘I Wanna Go To Stonewall Right Now!’

Edith Windsor, the plaintiff in the Defense of Marriage Act case, reacted to news Wednesday that the court struck down the law as unconstitutional.

“I wanna go to Stonewall right now!” Windsor said, according to the New Yorker. She then called a friend and said, “Please get married right away!”
