The Washington Examiner, a center-right newspaper based in Washington, D.C., will cease daily print publication in June, Clarity Media Group announced Tuesday. It will then start publishing a weekly print magazine.

The daily paper will be published through June 14, according to a release. The new print magazine is expected to launch June 17.

Washington City Paper has reported that layoffs are hitting the Examiner, with one unnamed staffer estimating around 30 lost jobs.
