Warren: Romney Wrote Off Half Of America As ‘Deadbeats’

Elizabeth Warren, Democratic nominee for the U.S. Senate in Massachusetts, weighed in on Mitt Romney’s “47 percent” comments on Tuesday.

“Romney just wrote off half the people in Massachusetts and half the people in America as deadbeats,” Warren told the Washington Post’s Greg Sargent. “This is a separate category of contempt for half of our fellow citizens.”
