Virginia lawmakers on Tuesday decided to put off voting on a controversial ultrasound bill again. The bill would require women seeking an abortion to receive a transvaginal ultrasound. More than 1,000 demonstrators silently protested the bill on Monday. Democrats fiercely oppose the bill. Democratic Delegate David Englin writes that the issue is scheduled for debate and vote on Wednesday.
