Vicki Kennedy said that if her late husband Sen. Ted Kennedy were alive, he would call for us to move on and implement the health care law after the Supreme Court’s decision on ABC’s “This Week” Sunday morning.

In response to the Supreme Court’s ruling, Kennedy reiterated her husband’s belief that health care is a “fundamental right” rather than a privilege.

Kennedy also commented on a phone call she got from Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi on Thursday after the ruling was announced, saying it was a “lovely call” and that Pelosi was a “real heroine in this battle.”
