Vice President Joe Biden took out a home loan between $100,001 and $250,000 in June of 2012, about the same time his daughter Ashley married Philadelphia doctor Howard Krein, TIME reports:

According to financial disclosure forms released Wednesday, Biden took out a home equity line of credit of a value between $100,001 and $250,000 in 2012 — his second in as many years. The 20-year line of credit from the Wilmington Savings Fund Society has an interest rate of 4.49 percent and replaces a $15,001-$50,000  line of credit from 2011 from the same bank at a higher rate.

The White House on Wednesday released the 2012 financial disclosure forms for President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden, as required by law. View them here.
