Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli said Wednesday he will investigate Colin Small, the GOP contract worker arrested last week for allegedly throwing out eight voter registration forms. Cuccinelli said his office would “perform a thorough investigation of these very serious allegations” following a request from the State Board of Elections asking Cuccinelli to look into the issue.

Cuccinelli visited the GOP Harrisonburg Victory Office where Small used to work earlier this month and posted a photo on Twitter that featured Small in the background. Small is due in court in Rockingham County on Nov. 5.
