UN Observers Going To Syria

The United Nations Security Council is expected to vote on a draft resolution written by the United States that would send UN observers into Syria to monitor the ceasefire agreement that took effect yesterday. Observers say that the ceasefire has been largely successful so far. Although three deaths were reported yesterday, including that of a anti-government protester who was killed in the city of Hama.
