U.S. Votes To Cut Pakistan Aid After Bin Laden Doctor Jailed

A Senate panel has voted to cut aid to Pakistan by $33 million after the country convicted and jailed Osama bin Laden’s doctor, who helped the CIA find the terror leader. 

The doctor was sentenced to 33 year in jail, and the Senate panel’s vote represents $1 million for each year of the doctor’s sentence, the Associated Press reports.
