Real estate mogul and reality television star Donald Trump on Thursday fired off a series of sharply worded missives on Twitter directed at Karl Rove, whose new group designed to field electable Republican candidates has set off an intra-party feud.
In his tweets, Trump made it clear that he’s siding with the tea party faction in the quarrel, calling Rove a “total loser” and questioning the wisdom of donating money to the new group, dubbed the “Conservative Victory Project.”
Why are people giving money to Karl Rove when he just wasted $400M without any victories? Use your head.

Karl Rove is a total loser. Money given to him might as well be thrown down the drain.

Karl Rove’s strategy and commercials were the worst I have ever seen.

It wasn’t the first time Trump aimed his derision at Rove. In late 2011, Trump criticized Rove and former President George W. Bush for providing fertile ground for President Barack Obama’s election after the GOP strategist had voiced concern about a Republican presidential debate that the “Apprentice” star was originally scheduled to moderate.
“Karl Rove gave us George Bush and George Bush crashed and burned and because of that we have Obama,” Trump said during an appearance on Fox News.
