In his first 100 days in office, Donald Trump will attempt to carry out some of his campaign promises on trade, including renegotiating or withdrawing from the North America Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), according to a draft memo from Trump’s transition team obtained by CNN.

“The Trump trade plan breaks with the globalist wings of both the Republican and Democratic parties,” the memo reads, according to CNN. “The Trump administration will reverse decades of conciliatory trade policy. New trade agreements will be negotiated that provide for the interests of US workers and companies first.”

The memo, which notes that it’s “for discussion purposes only,” lays out Trump’s top five priorities on trade, like addressing NAFTA, blocking the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), stopping “unfair imports” and “unfair trade practices,” and working on bilateral trade deals, according to CNN. The memo also says Trump will try to bring manufacturing jobs back to the United States by lowering taxes on businesses and reducing regulations, CNN reported.

Trump will begin looking at how to withdraw from NAFTA and the consequences of doing so on his first day in office, and he will notify Mexico and Canada that he may seek changes to the trade agreement, according to the memo reviewed by CNN. Trump would be looking at formally withdrawing from NAFTA by day 200, according to the memo.
