Top Romney Adviser: Obama’s ‘One Of The Most Divisive Presidents’

On Meet the Press Sunday, Senior Romney adviser Ed Gillespie called President Obama “one of the most divisive presidents in American History” for suggesting, through his campaign, that had Mitt Romney been president, Osama bin Laden could still be alive. It’s a suggested Biden echoed in a speech in New York this week as well as in this video

“This is one of the reasons President Obama has become on of the most divisive presidents in American history,” Gillespie said. “He took something that was a unifying event for all Americans… He’s managed to turn it into a divisive, partisan, political attack.” Gillespie predicted that it would be seen as a “desperate” sign from his campaign.
