Thousands of people remain in the dark in Northeastern Ohio following the wake of Superstorm Sandy, reports service provider FirstEnergy. The latest outage totals include 84,378 in Cuyahoga County, 24,475 in Cleveland and 9,910 in Lakewood, per NewsNet5.

The utility company expects hopes to have most of the service restored by the end of the weekend. Check FirstEnergy’s outage map here.
