Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott has sued Google for allegedly withholding and redacting copies of documents that Abbott’s office sought under its antitrust investigation of Google launched in 2010, All Things D reported Thursday. The suit demands that Google turn over 14,500 documents the company told the AG it was withholding due to attorney-client privilege.

The suit also demands Google un-redact emails between its a Google VP (unnamed) and his superior. Google told All Things D it had already handed over “hundreds of thousands” of documents and would be “happy” to answer any questions about its business.
