The AP reports that the Supreme Court has refused to hear an appeal claiming that Barack Obama was not born in the United States. The appeal, coming from Alan Keyes, Wiley Drake, and Markham Robinson, claims that Obama was born in Kenya, his father’s birthplace, rather than Hawaii, and that Obama’s Hawaiian birth certificate is a forgery.
Keyes and Drake ran against Obama in 2008 on the American Independent Party ticket.
