Sununu: Dems Won Election With Voters Who Depend On Government

John Sununu, a top Mitt Romney surrogate, said Tuesday evening that Democrats won the election by turning out the “base of their base” — voters who are dependent on the federal government. 

“They aggressively got out the base of their base, the base of their base that’s dependent, to a great extent economically, on government policy and government programs,” Sununu said at a forum with other former Republican governors, the Concord Monitor reports.
