CNN’s Soledad O’Brien had a contentious interview with Romney campaign communications adviser Tara Wall over Mitt Romney’s stance on a two-state solution between Israel and Palestine ahead of Romney’s upcoming speech in Virginia Monday. On CNN’s “Starting Point” Monday morning, O’Brien asked Wall to explain the contradiction between Romney’s promise to support negotiations between Israel and Palestine in his speech Monday and his past comments that the Palestinians do not want peace, part of the damaging footage from a Florida fundraiser in May that also featured Romney’s 47 percent comments.
Wall denied that there was a contradiction, saying she disagreed with the “premise” of O’Brien’s question.
