A shooting has been reported at Lone Star College’s North Harris campus in Houston, Texas. KTRK, an ABC affiliate in Houston, reported that multiple shots have been fired on the campus, according to a campus spokesperson. According to the KTRK report, there are unconfirmed injuries.
KPRC reported that the shooting occurred shortly after noon Tuesday. According to the report, at least one person is in custody.
The campus is on lockdown, according to the school’s website: “LSC-North Harris is Locked Down. Students, Faculty and Staff are advised to take immediate shelter where you are. Do not enter the campus until notified further.”
