Sen. Scott Brown’s campaign is up with a new radio ad in Massachusetts in which the Senator discusses the Boston Celtics as they face off with the Miami Heat in the Eastern Conference finals. The 1-minute spot features Brown talking exclusively about the Celtics, remembering the “Big Three” — Larry Bird, Kevin McHale and Robert Parish — from when he was younger. “Win or lose,” Brown thanks the team for a great season, saying “Go Celtics.” The ad is one of a series of “Scott Brown Radio Reports” the campaign plans to air.
The ad is an easy way to connect with working class voters and Massachusetts voters in general who may not feel like they know the Massachusetts Senator, who was elected in 2010.
