Sens. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and Chuck Schumer (D-NY) introduced a resolution Friday to encourage Russian authorities to turn National Security Agency leaker Edward Snowden over to the United States.

According to a release from the two senators, the resolution states that President Barack Obama should consider recommending an alternative location for September’s G20 Summit that’s slated to be held in St. Petersburg, Russia if Snowden is not handed over to the U.S.
