The Susan B. Anthony List Candidate Fund announced Tuesday that it has endorsed three candidate for Congress: Karen Harrington in Florida’s 20th District, Mia Love in Utah’s 4th and Alecia Webb-Edgington in Kentucky’s 4th. Harrington has an uphill climb: She is running against Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee. Love is running against a six-term incumbent, Democratic Rep. Jim Matheson. Webb-Edgington is running in a Republican-held district to replace retiring Rep. Geoff Davis but is facing a crowded field that includes six other Republicans.
“With their unique backgrounds in business, public service, and law enforcement, Karen Harrington, Mia Love and Alecia Webb-Edgington are models of successful pro-woman, pro-life leadership,” said SBA List Candidate Fund President Marjorie Dannenfelser in a press release. “They are exactly the type of candidates that voters are looking to elect this fall.”
“These ladies understand that the real ‘war on women’ is the one being waged against women of faith and conscience by the Obama administration, its allies in Congress, and the abortion-lobby.”
