In another indication that socially conservative groups are lining up behind Mitt Romney, the Susan B. Anthony List is endorsing Romney in an official announcement Thursday morning.
SBA List plans to spend “spend $10 to $12 million in senate and presidential battleground states mobilizing pro-life voters to ensure victory,” the group’s president, Marjorie Dannenfelser, announced Thursday. The group detailed its support for Romney:
Previously, Governor Mitt Romney has pledged to defund Planned Parenthood, restore the Mexico City Policy, support legislation to ban abortions based on fetal pain, and appoint only constitutionalist judges to the federal bench. Governor Romney has also committed to selecting a pro-life vice president.
