In a speech to supporters from Mars, Pennsylvania on Tuesday night, former PA Senator Rick Santorum said that he’s become of the underdog in the Republican race for president, as former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney won both Maryland, Washington, DC and looks to do well in Wisconsin.

Santorum, positioning himself as the true conservative in race, said the GOP needs a candidate who has convictions “Forged in steel, not an etch-a-sketch,” referring to a Romney advisor’s now famous gaffe.
