Rick Santorum his using the second anniversary of the Affordable Care Act this Friday to hammer home what has become his central attack against Mitt Romney: that he is complicit with “Obamacare.”

An email from Santorum’s campaign says:

Starting today – through the oral arguments before the Supreme Court – Rick Santorum and his campaign will expose the dangerous actions of Barack Obama and Mitt Romney’s role in laying the foundation for this infringement on individual freedom.

Romney spokesman Eric Fehrnstrom’s comments about pivoting to the general election like the shake of an Etch-A-Sketch couldn’t have come at a better time for Santorum. As the email put it:

How can we believe that a candidate whose own campaign admits they plan to hit the “reset” button like shaking an “Etch-A-Sketch” will repeal the very law that is modeled after his own?
