Rick Santorum’s campaign is up with a new radio ad today attacking Mitt Romney for the various times he has reached out to liberal, moderate and conservative constituencies.

The ad begins with an announcer telling a joke:

A liberal, a moderate and a conservative walk into a bar.  And the bartender says, ‘Hello, Mitt.’  Funny, but true.

The ad hits Romney for switching positions, suggesting — as Santorum has several times over the past week — that Romney telling Puerto Ricans that the commonwealth doesn’t need to adopt English as an official language as a condition for statehood was an act of political pandering.
