Santorum: Limbaugh’s Comments ‘Absurd”

Rick Santorum dismissed Rush Limbaugh’s comments about Sandra Fluke on CNN Friday, but declined to condemn them.

From CNN:

“He’s being absurd, but that’s you know, an entertainer can be absurd,” Santorum told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer on Friday. “He’s in a very different business than I am.”

Other Republicans have been more forceful in their condemnation. NRSC vice chair Carly Fiorina told CBS “that language is insulting in my opinion,” asked about Limbaugh. More:

“It’s incendiary and most of all, it’s a distraction. It’s a distraction from what are very real and important issues,”
