The Santorum campaign is challenging his disqualification from the ballot for the Indiana primary on May 8, which was done on the grounds that he failed to collect enough signatures in each separate Congressional district.

CNN reports:

“We found 49 petition signers who were incorrectly rejected by Marion County board of election officials. We expect a speedy recertification. And we are confident we will be on the Indiana ballot,” Santorum spokesman Hogan Gidley said.

Marion County officials last week determined Santorum fell 24 signatures shy of the 500 needed in Indiana’s 7th district. Marion is the largest county in Indiana and includes the capital city Indianapolis.
