Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) said Monday that National Security Agency leaker Edward Snowden’s travels from Hong Kong to Russia — a move that was reportedly authorized by China — will complicate the United States’ relationships with those countries.
“I think it complicates these things. I think it complicates all the countries he’s going to,” Ryan said on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe. “Put aside whether or not the program works or not. And by the way, we have divided government and you had both republicans and democrats, not my particular committee, but people on various committees of jurisdiction, looking at this program.”
