Republican David Rouzer conceded Wednesday to incumbent Democratic Rep. Mike McIntyre, ending the last House race that was too close to call, CNN reports. A recount in North Carolina’s 7th Congressional District showed the incumbent winning by a tiny margin.
“Now that the recount has been completed and the tally of votes is official, we can move forward satisfied that each vote was counted properly and accurately,” Rouzer said in a statement.
A final House race in Louisiana is headed to a runoff in December between two Republicans.
