Mitt Romney said he would “replace” and “supercede” President Obama’s new mini-DREAM Act at the National Association Of Latino Elected Officials in Florida on Thursday.

“He did nothing to advance a permanent fix for our broken immigration system,” Romney said. ”The president has been seized by an overwhelming need to do what he could have done on day one, but didn’t.”

“I will put in place my own long-term order, that will replace and supersede the president’s temporary measure,” Romney added.
