The Romney campaign, the RNC are planning a coordinated response to the Supreme Court health care ruling, due to come down Thursday, reports Politico.

From Politico:

But two sources familiar with the discussions said there have been a series of conference calls and document shares among the Romney camp, the RNC, the NRSC, the NRA and the RGA over messaging for when the ruling is issued, focusing on three scenarios – a total upholding of the law, a total repeal, or a strikedown of the individual mandate.

Either way, a multi-page document has been circulated from the RNC with the Romney campaign’s extensive input, according to the sources, which offers congressional talking points and different “templates” for what people should say in each scenario. It focuses on the fact that Romney is the “only” person with the right “leadership” to repeal the bill, and stresses that he’s always been against Obamacare, that it encroaches on personal freedoms and so forth.

The reports, marked “confidential,” also contain Twitter hashtags for each of the three outcome scenarios addressed in the document: #fullrepeal, #gotitright and #repealandreformdoneright.
