In Florida where the Latino community could decide the primary, Romney struck a more moderate tone on the Dream Act than in the past, when he said multiple times that he would veto it. This time, he said he supported a military service component.

That means Romney now has a similar position to Gingrich, who has said for weeks now that he would support some aspects of the Dream Act. Gingrich kept that position on Monday:

We have a clear provision that if you live in a foreign country and you are prepared to join the American military you can, in fact, earn the right to citizenship by serving the united states and taking risk on behalf of the United States. That part of the dream act I would support. I would not support the fact that says everybody who goes to college is waived for having broken the law.

Update: To clarify, Romney has mentioned previously that he supported the idea of helping Dreamers who serve in the military.
