Romney Calls Obama ‘Outsourcer-In-Chief’

Mitt Romney accused President Obama of encouraging outsourcing by applying stimulus money to foreign-owned companies, rebutting reports that Bain Capital invested in companies that were early adopters of outsourcing and offshoring. 

“If there’s an outsourcer-in-chief” it’s Obama, Romney told a town hall in Colorado, “not the guy running to replace him.”
