Romney Asks NH Crowd To Help Him Win By More Than Eight Votes

Wrapping up his Salem, NH town hall with Sen. John McCain, Mitt Romney told the crowd, “I need your help. I want your help,” and reminded them of the fallout in Iowa.

“Landslide Mitt,” McCain wryly observed.

“Landslide Mitt, that’s right,” laughed Romney. “Eight votes, but who’s counting?”

Turning to the crowd, he said, “I think you can do better than eight votes, right? I need your votes and I hope you get it. Eight votes or more!”
