Mitt Romney took a question on interracial marriage at a town hall meeting in Howard, Wis., Monday. An audience member asking the first question brought up Romney’s Mormon faith and asked whether he thought interracial marriage was a “sin.” <

Romney: “Why don’t you give me a question.”

 

Questioner: “OK, well, in the Mormon book it says there were a blight cast on all the children of Canaan.”

 

Romney: “I’m sorry. We’re just not going to have a discussion about religion in my view, but if you have a question, I’ll be happy to answer your question.”Romney: “I’m sorry.
