Texas Gov. Rick Perry is poised to appear Tuesday at 5 p.m. local time at the Travis County Court for fingerprinting and to have his mug shot taken, amid an indictment on two felony counts.

The Republican governor, who emphatically insists he’s innocent and has blasted the charges against him, will deliver remarks upon entering and exiting the building, his office said in an advisory.
