The Virginia State Board of Elections has spoken and Mitt Romney’s name will appear before Barack Obama’s on the ballot in the all-important swing state this November.
The AP reported that the ballot order was chosen Tuesday when an elections board member drew party names “from a crystal bowl.”
Republicans will appear first throughout Virginia’s ballot in the November general election as a result of yesterday’s drawing by the Board
