Antivirus pioneer John McAfee has been rushed from his detention cell to a hospital in Guatemala, according to tweets Thursday afternoon from Matt Gutman, ABC News’ correspondent for Florida, the Caribbean and South America. Guman earlier noted that McAfee earlier saw a doctor and complained of chest pains. McAfee was arrested in Guatemala City late Wednesday after fleeing Belize, where he is sought for questioning in the murder investigation of his neighbor.
