The Indianapolis Star reports:

State Rep. Scott Pelath, D-Michigan City, and other Democrats said they would be on the House floor when the House goes into session at 1:30 p.m.

The House has been unable to come into session officially so far this session, as Democrats began a walk-out last Wednesday and have stayed out as they tried to buy time for the public to learn more about the controversial “right to work” legislation.

“The public has had a chance to weigh in,” Pelath said. “And there’s different ways to make sure that the public is part of this. We feel pretty good about the way things are going, to be honest.”
