One person is dead and two others were shot at an office complex in Phoenix on Wednesday, per the Arizona Republic:
The Phoenix Police Department said one of three people shot during a Wednesday morning shooting at an office building is dead. The victim has not been identified.
Police also have begun communicating through loudspeakers with anyone inside a Phoenix home that may be linked to a suspect.
Meanwhile, Mark Hummels, a partner with Osborn Maledon and president of the Phoenix chapter of the Federal Bar Association, is among the wounded, said Larry Hammond, a partner with the firm. Hummels was shot in the neck and lower back.
He was wounded after leaving a mediation session, according to an e-mail from Andrea Marconi, a lawyer with Fennemore Craig and president-elect of the Federal Bar Association.
