Police in Arlington, Va. said Thursday that the son of Rep. Jim Moran (D-VA) will not be charged for his role in a plan to submit fradulent ballots, the Associated Press reported.

In a video that was posted online in October by right-wing activist James O’Keefe,  Patrick Moran was shown expressing a willingness to look into a voter fraud scheme.

Police noted Thursday that those behind the video did not cooperate with the investigation.
