Republican candidate Mitt Romney leads Monday’s edition of the Republican-leaning Rasmussen national tracking poll by a single point. Romney gets 49 percent to President Obama’s 48 percent, a small shift from Sunday’s tie at 49 percent between the two candidates.
The Rasmussen tracking poll uses 1,500 automated telephone interviews with likely voters coducted over the three previous days. It has a sampling error of 3 percent.
