Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) is scheduled to deliver a speech on immigration reform Tuesday morning in Washington, D.C., where he is expected to say, “Immigration reform will not occur until conservative Republicans, like myself, become part of the solution. I am here today to begin that conversation.”

The Associated Press obtained a copy of Paul’s speech. Elsewhere in the address, Paul is set to declare, “If you wish to live and work in America, then we will find a place for you.”
