Psy, the South Korean rapper famous for “Gangnam Style,” will perform at the Christmas in Washington concert hosted by TNT on Sunday “as planned,” Turner Broadcasting spokeswoman Samantha Graham told TPM Friday. The First Family is scheduled to attend the concert. Earlier on Friday, the rapper’s past anti-American comments and performances came to light.
