President Barack Obama stopped in Wisconsin on Thursday, the same day Republican Gov. Scott Walker filed paperwork to launch a much-anticipated 2016 campaign.

Obama talked middle class economics in a speech at the University of Wisconsin in La Crosse. He also called anyone who wanted to deprive Americans of healthcare “mean” on the heels of the Supreme Court decision upholding Obamacare.
