Poll: Sherrod Brown Ahead By Three Points In Ohio Senate Race

A new Rasmussen poll of Ohio gives Democratic Sen. Sherrod Brown a narrow lead over his Republican opponent, state Treasurer Josh Mandel.

Brown leads Mandel 44 percent to 41 percent. The survey of likely voters was conducted on April 18, and has a 4.5 percent margin of error.

In the previous Rasmussen poll from late March, the two candidates were tied at 43 percent each.

The TPM Poll Average for the race gives Brown 44.1 percent to Mandel’s 41.1 percent.
