Authorities have successfully apprehended what appears to be 19-year-old Dzhokar Tsarnaev, according to Boston police. The second Boston marathon bombing suspect is alive and in custody after a standoff with officials in the suburbs of the city. Tsarnaev was believed to be hiding in a parked boat in the backyard of a private house.
